The Minschuns winter sports area in Val Müstair is certainly one of the "small & fine" places. The high-altitude ski area (2000 - 2700 m) has three ski lifts and a children's ski lift, providing access to a variety of slopes above the tree line. Waiting time at the lifts is a foreign word - in Minschuns, families with children feel especially comfortable. "Small and fine" it is because it is ideal for families with children: Inexpensive day tickets, patient ski instructors and a mountain restaurant with inexpensive children's menus. From the terrace, the practice area with the children's lift can be seen directly. The Minschuns winter sports area also borders on the Swiss National Park - with a bit of luck, wild animals can be seen at the edge of the slopes and observed up close.
